Bed frames and storage beds are sold without a mattress. You can select one separately, so you can easily replace it if needed. Box-spring beds are the exception, as they include a mattress: Dream and Princess (a 20 cm medium-hard pocket spring mattress) and Kelp (a 14 cm mattress with a 4 cm topper). If you purchase a frame and a mattress in one order, we manufacture and ship them separately so that you may receive them at different times.

The bed is delivered in 2–4 packages. You can find their quantity, dimensions, and weight in the Packages and Weight tab. The bed requires self-assembly. Inside the package, you will find everything needed to support the mattress: frame components, slatted base, screws and a wrench, legs, and, for storage beds, gas lifts. The first page of the manual lists the number of people required for assembly and the included parts; you can download it from the product page before purchase. The set does not include a mattress or bedding. If an extra item is included for a specific model, such as a mattress or topper, we state it in the description.

You select the bed size on the product page in the Size tab, which determines the price. Please remember that this refers to the mattress size, not the total furniture dimensions. The frame itself is larger, usually by 15–45 cm in width and 15–35 cm in length, with models featuring oval headboards or wings extending even further. Therefore, before measuring your bedroom, check the external dimensions in the Dimensions tab. You will also find the height of the top edge of the frame there. Add the mattress thickness, then subtract the recess depth. The recess indicates how many centimeters below the frame edge the slatted base is placed. The Dimensions tab specifies the bed's maximum load capacity.

The matching size is the one you select in the Size field on the bed page; for example, a 160x200 mattress fits a 160x200 bed frame. You can find the same value in the Dimensions tab in the bed dimensions field. Our Belize, Grenada, and Havana mattresses are available in sizes 90x200, 140x200, 160x200, and 180x200, and fit every Micadoni frame of the corresponding size. We suggest them in the Goes Well Together section. We do not offer 200x200 mattresses.

No. Every piece of furniture is made to order in Europe, but strictly in the sizes, fabrics, frame base versions, and legs displayed on the product page. We do not modify dimensions, change legs, or upholster a model in a different fabric. The frames are engineered specifically for the supplied base, so you cannot install different slats or a flat board. Replacing components independently voids the warranty.

No, you cannot purchase assembly as an add-on, and it is not included with delivery. In standard delivery, the courier leaves the shipment at the designated address. In premium delivery, they carry it to the room of your choice, unpack it, inspect its condition, and remove the packaging. The courier does not assemble the bed or move away the old one. The manual guides you through assembly step by step, and the first page shows how many people you need to complete it properly.

The color of the fabric in the photograph depends significantly on your screen settings and the lighting in your interior. The same fabric photograph can appear warmer or cooler depending on the shot angle. If the exact shade is essential, please order fabric samples before purchasing the bed. We do not have additional photographs beyond those available on the product page.

We offer two types of headboards. The first type is designed for a specific base and mounted directly to its frame at designated points. Allison, Billy, and Remo fit the Susan base, while Darren and Olivia fit the Simon base. The bed model determines compatibility, and you select a headboard that matches its size. The second type of headboards includes Jamie, Nova, Marl, Monica, and Mistero, which are freestanding. You place them behind any bed or mount them on the wall, so you only need to select the desired width. Standard headboards match the bed width (140–200 cm). If you want it to serve as a broader backdrop, choose a wider option, such as the double Mistero in 240 or 280 cm. In that case, wall width matters, and the headboard should extend symmetrically on both sides of the bed.

Fabric's durability is defined by its Martindale test result: the higher the figure, the greater the abrasion resistance. For a bedroom, an abrasion resistance level of 15,000–25,000 cycles is entirely sufficient. You can find a specific fabric's score in the Materials tab. Brush the upholstery with a soft brush, absorb spilled liquids immediately with a clean, white cloth, and clean stains gently with mild agents without rubbing. Test any cleaning product on a concealed area first. Velvet requires gentle brushing, while bouclé is susceptible to snagging.
